Car parking
One car may be parked in the marina car park adjacent to the Marina office for as long as live aboard charges are being paid. This right is not transferable.  Cars associated with vacant boats or berths must be removed to less high usage areas or opt to continue to pay LOB rates.

Mail
Mail can be received and held at the Tipperary Marina Office. Marina tenants wishing to receive mail should have it addressed c/o their boat name or berth number. Mail should be collected from the office. Postal address is

Waste Management
General
A large general waste bin is provided adjacent to the Marina office in the car park.
Liquid
Waste oils are to be disposed of in the liquid waste container provided in the car park adjacent to the Marina office.
Batteries
Please contact Lock Master for battery disposal.

Electricity /Water Supply
All berths have water and electricity (240 volts).3-phase is available on some berths. Extension leads must be 15amps and comply to Australian standards.
 
Toilets /Showers
Male and female amenities are located within the complex.

Laundry
Situated within the complex and open 7days a week
                
Restrictions
Minor boat repairs may be undertaken at Lock Master’s  discretion. No use of power tools outside normal business hours Monday – Friday.
